Services

Editing

Copy Editing

Correcting errors, detail-checking, creating a style guide, and commenting on readability. Copyediting includes proofreading, and comes after major work like content/developmental editing and most drafts.

Proofreading

Fresh-eyes look at your work just before you publish or print. Proofreading is also good for pamphlets, emails and resumes, when you don’t want to get caught with an error spellcheck didn’t register.

Essay Editing and Reviewing

I’ll mark for technical corrections and list any questions I have at the end. I work with any subject/grade (college included). My notes are guided to aid in sparking new thoughts and lengthening essays.

Additional Services

Copywriting

Mock-ups, mission statements, anything for which you need a wordsmith. If you have concepts or bullet points, I can help you string them together.

Consultations

Calls, email communication, and video meetings for more information or if you want to brainstorm together. I prize my ability to help others lay out their own ideas and see where they want to go. I clarify without taking over.

Tutoring During a Pandemic – Limited Space

Shoot me an email including grade level, subject, and availability. I am not a teacher, I’m just someone who’s patient and earned good grades. I will do my best to work with you and your student.
